Subject
413–415 Mill Street — Coraopolis Historic Resource Survey, 1980
Description
Pennsylvania Historic Resource Survey form documenting the commercial building at 413–415 Mill Street in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Constructed in 1904, the large three-story Classical-style brick building features a flat roof, a pedimented cornice with modillions, stone window sills and lintels, and grouped upper-story windows. The first floor contains commercial storefronts with transomed double glass doors. At the time of the survey, businesses included Ronald Matty Dance Arts Center and Tom’s Luggage Shoppe. The survey describes the building as a substantial turn-of-the-century mixed commercial/residential structure and notes that it is slightly larger than many neighboring buildings.
