Pennsylvania Historic Resource Survey form documenting the commercial building at 1003 Fifth Avenue in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Mill Street. Dating from approximately 1900–1919, the large three-story brick building is described as Classical in style and features a flat roof, a prominent wooden cornice with modillion blocks, recessed brick panels above the third-story windows, and a stone belt course above the first floor. The storefront level includes large glass windows and double glass doors, while the upper stories retain multiple double-hung windows. The survey notes that the building had been altered but remained a substantial commercial block and an important visual anchor for the surrounding streetscape. At the time of the survey, the ground floor housed Savon Discount Center.
