Description
Allegheny County Historic Resource Survey description of Coraopolis Borough’s Central Business District, designated Survey Zone 003-25A. The document defines the boundaries of the commercial district and describes its street layout, traffic patterns, parking, pedestrian access, and predominantly two- and three-story brick commercial buildings. It notes that many structures date from the early 20th century and discusses common architectural features such as flat roofs, display windows, corbeling, and parapets.
